  Normal attack reduction is great for new players. There will not be a lot of commanders that will do crazy skill damage. Most of the damage will be from a normal attack. So this is a great bonus if you are planning to use Tamar for PVP

  Normal attack damage is increased by 2%. Normal attacks have a 10% chance to reduce the target’ s attack by 10% for 3 seconds. This effect can only trigger once every 5 seconds.

• Glory of Faith Expertise

  Troops led by this commander together with a nearby ally with the fewest units remaining gain20% increased defense and heal a portion of lightly injured troops per second (Healing Factor: 350) over the next 2 seconds. This skill just boosts the first skill by a small amount.
