Privacy Policy

1. The short version

• No ads, no trackers, no analytics. We do not sell or share your data.
• We only keep what a feature needs to work.
• Screenshots you send to the bot are read and then thrown away. We never keep the image.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

2. Using the website

You can use RokHub without an account. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics. Your browser remembers a few choices on your own device, like your language, so the site looks the same next time. You can clear them any time in your browser.

3. Signing in with Discord

When you sign in, Discord gives us your Discord ID, username, avatar and the list of servers you are in. We use the server list only to show which servers you can manage. We never get your email or your Discord password.

We keep your Discord login token encrypted, only to load your servers for the dashboard. Signing in also sets one session cookie that keeps you logged in.

4. Using the Discord bot

The bot stores what server admins set up and what you do with its features:

• Server settings: channels, roles and feature settings chosen by the admins.
• Verification: your Discord ID, governor ID, governor name and alliance tag, so the bot can give you the right roles.
• MGE applications: your answers, so officers can review them.
• Ark of Osiris signups: your in-game name, power and team.
• Trackers: the numbers read from your screenshots, like speedups or materials, and a card background if you upload one.

5. Screenshots

When you send a screenshot for verification or a tracker, an AI service (Claude by Anthropic) reads the text on it. We keep only what it read and a fingerprint of the image, so the same screenshot cannot be used for two accounts. The image itself is not stored by us, and Anthropic does not use it to train its models.

6. Who else sees your data

• Admins and officers of a Discord server see the data from their own server, for example MGE answers and Ark signups.
• Our hosting and Cloudflare, which keep the site fast and safe.
• Anthropic, only for reading screenshots as described above.
• Nobody else. We never sell data or use it for ads.

7. Top-up links

The top-up page links to LootBar. If you buy there, LootBar handles the purchase and your payment under its own privacy policy. We never see your payment details. We may earn a small commission, which helps keep RokHub free.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your data while you use RokHub. Tracker card images are deleted after 60 days. When a server admin turns a feature off, its data stops being used. Ask us and we delete everything about you.

9. Your choices

You can ask what we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Send a message on Discord to @xyn_rok and tell us your Discord username. Deleting your data can remove you from signups and rankings in your server.

10. Age

You need to be old enough to use Discord in your country (at least 13) to use the bot or sign in.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Big changes will also be announced on the website.
