Warrior's Hymn

As the dying sun swallows cries of war, and the ceaseless clang of weapons becomes backdrop to a bloodstained twilight sky, warriors far from home offer up their loyalty amidst roaring battlegrounds, one after another. The golden sun has set, now, its heat scorching these plains, with distant fires tracing the shadowy shapes of mountains. Would heaven and earth rage at the sight if they could, shedding tears of golden blood?

Until moonlight spills and the humming breeze sweeps away the ash of day, all that remains is a fading lyre tune, a hymn of victory and a requiem for the warrior's soul.
