Frozen Fortress

Legend has it that if you follow the North Star on a snowy night, you can find the Frozen Fortress. Ice and snow cover the tops of towers, almost as though the winter here has lasted for many years. It is hard to tell if this building's beautiful radiance comes from moonlight shining on the ice, or from the permanent aurora dancing across the night sky. But the story ends at its exquisite gate; no one who has entered has ever come back to describe what lies within. Is this magnificent palace of ice and snow a waking dream, or a frozen tomb?
