KingdomHub plans are paid monthly. You can cancel any time, and you can get your money back within 14 days of a payment.
1. 14 days, no questions
If you are not happy with KingdomHub, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and you get that payment back in full.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle sends the refund to the card or PayPal account you paid with. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 working days.
2. How to ask
- Reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you, or ask at paddle.net with the email you paid with.
- Or message us on the RokHub Discord or at [email protected] with your kingdom number.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Manage billing on the KingdomHub page. Nothing else is charged after that, and your kingdom keeps the plan until the end of the month you paid for.
