Before KvK meta

Before KvK nobody has much, so cheap legendaries and good epics carry everything and raw tankiness beats fancy synergy. The kingdom is won by whoever builds a solid infantry march and a fast cavalry march first, hits MGE and Ark of Osiris hard, and arrives at KvK 1 with a high city hall, T4/T5 troops and a pile of saved speedups.

What to do now

  1. 1 Rush city hall, save universal speedups Use building speedups on buildings and keep universals for city hall and military research. Every day you shave off city hall 25 is worth more than anything else here.
  2. 2 Finish one infantry march first Charles Martel or Richard with Sun Tzu is the backbone of every early account. Get one pair to 5-1-1-1 or better before you spread sculptures around.
  3. 3 Take Charles Martel in MGE He tanks garrisons and open field until crystal tech arrives and pairs with the epics you already own. Rank as high as you can afford, top 10 is a real boost this early.
  4. 4 Clear Expedition daily for Aethelflaed Three-star every stage and buy her sculptures every day. She is a free legendary that hits hard with Sun Tzu and stays useful into KvK 1.
  5. 5 Never sit on full action points Farm barbarians with Lohar for commander XP and push Lohar's Trial and Golden Kingdom for gems. That XP is what levels your second and third marches for free.
  6. 6 Save gems for Richard on the Wheel Richard arrives around day 38 and is the best tank you can get before KvK. Skip the random wheels and put your gems into his.
  7. 7 Show up for Ark of Osiris It is the best practice for KvK and pays well. Learn to hold buildings with a tank and leave obelisk runs to fast cavalry.
  8. 8 Build T4 and research T5 A big T4 army plus a full hospital is what keeps you alive in KvK 1. Stack healing and training speedups instead of burning them now.
