What to do now

1. 1 Hoard speedups before the season Crystal Mine and crystal research eat building and research speedups. Walk in with 30+ days of each if you can.
2. 2 Get the Crystal Mine to 15 fast Level 15 roughly doubles mine output over level 1 and takes about 10 days without boosts. Everything else in the season runs on crystals.
3. 3 Research economy before military Take the crystal gain techs first, Plunder in particular, then move into the troop stat lines. Early economy pays for the military tree twice over.
4. 4 Farm barbarians and forts with AP Barbarians, forts and Kahar's Bone drop crystals, so stack AP and keep a cheap barb march running every day.
5. 5 Push your bastions to level 6 Level 6 favor unlocks support skills, which add real damage to your main marches. Low spenders get more by leveling bastions evenly.
6. 6 Finish your formations Build one armament set per main march and reroll toward the stats that march actually uses. A finished Wedge or Arch set is worth more than a third half built commander.
7. 7 Fight while Hall of Heroes covers you Half of your PvP dead come back, so this is the season to trade troops for kills and honor instead of hiding them.
8. 8 Spend season shops on what you already run Put coins into sculptures and armament materials for your main pairs. Do not start a new legendary halfway through the season.
