Leadership board

A private task board for your leadership: tasks, assignees who get a DM, and your departments.

What it is

A board with To do, In progress and Done columns, only for your leadership.

Assign a task with @ and the bot sends that person a DM with the link. If their DMs are closed, it pings them in a channel you choose instead.

Departments keep your leads and their alliance tags in one place.

Set it up

    In the Discord Bot tab of your kingdom hub, open Leadership board.

  2. 2

    Give the board a name and pick the roles that may open it. Server admins can always open it.

  3. 3

    Add Discord usernames of people without those roles who should still see it.

  4. 4

    Pick a fallback channel for task pings and the time zone the board shows.

  5. 5

    Save, then press Open board.

Losing the role closes the board for that person. Nobody needs to be removed by hand.

Using it

  1. 1

    Add a task to To do and assign it with @.

  2. 2

    Move it to In progress and Done as work goes on.

  3. 3

    The board also opens from the kingdom hub for leadership.
